The establishment of the Personnel Office is accordance with the Personnel Act and the NUTN Regulations for Personnel Management Setup.

The Personnel Office provides personnel services to all the University's Schools and Units. These include appointment and discharge of employment of faculty, recruitment of staff, management of the staff's attendance and leave, salary scales of employees, insurance, benefits, retirement, pension, and other personnel related affairs.
