The main affairs of the Personnel Department are managing organization, appointment, employment, dismissal, evaluation, training, salary, welfare, insurance, retirement and relief of all NUTN units in order to meet the needs of teaching, research and promotion. The Personnel Office plays an integral part to respond to the University's mission and agenda, and support the administrative work of every department by following the personnel regulations and policies of the University. We hope to develop effective manpower to proactively help benefit the development objetives of the University. |
